Green brings everything back into balance and harmony. It was Mohammed´s favorite color, and Islamic religions describe paradise as an place of green meadows and shady woods. In the merry month of May, when everything begins to sprout again, green is celebrated as the symbol of new life.

In the Green Garden, you will find the Heartleaf Bergenia (Bergenia cordifolia "Abendglut"), Wild Majoran (Origanum vulgare), Quaking Grass (Brizia media), Ornamental Onmoin (Allium aflatunense) and the Green Rose (Rose chinensis viridiflora), an absolute botanic rarity.
